    ordered 2 charms, Toone/Russo on 12/31/24- received notice that I would receive the charms by 01/20/25. I contacted seller since I had not received a tracking number around the 15th of Jan, seller stated she had just sent them. Feb 2nd I contacted seller again because I still had not received the charms. Received message from seller that it was out of her control but she would refund me my money . 8th of Feb and they finally arrived, dated 01/24/25 as ship date and they were wrong charms. Beware

    Apologies. The order was shipped on time but unfortunately it was lost in the post. I contacted RM at the time and they apologised and acknowledged it as lost. So at this point, a FULL refund was sent to the buyer. Out of goodwill, I wanted to send a new order to the buyer but I (the seller) was out of the country. So I got my mum at home to re-ship the items, but bless her she didn’t know what some of the charms looked like and accidentally sent the wrong ones :(
