Perché la TV mo arriva e non arriva mai ,ed io sono andato nel negozio Samsung e sono andato a comprare la TV,e quindi quando é arrivata lo rinviata indietro x troppo tempo aspettato l' ho ordinato il 8/4 ed arrivato il 23/4 ed io già avevo comprato in negozio

Sono veramente dispiaciuto nel leggere un commento così negativo a fronte di un ritardo che non dipende assolutamente da me ma da Btr, mi pare che le sono stato vicino in ogni sua esigenza, domanda, ecc. Spero che questa esperienza le farà capire che le vendite on line posso subire questi ritardi e il venditore è impotente. Si fidi di me la prossima volta acquisti in negozi fisici prima di lasciare immotivati feedback. saluti
