Seller initially made contact to say he had been away and would post in 2 days time. I responded saying that was fine. Subsequently, no shipping details were ever entered. Originally gave them the benefit of the doubt and was always courteous, but seller never responded to requests for info on what had happened, whether the item had been shipped etc and the item was not received. 4 messages over 6 weeks to the seller went completely ignored, finally had to seek a refund through Paypal.
