Sold used item with pen marks & glitter on it, a mangled tag & bent stem part as "New." Showed a new stock photo on auction, sent used one. He said he was on vacation & couldn't get me a replacement in time. He said he would "look into" a partial refund but when I followed up on that, renegged, refused & got extremely rude & childish. I could have sent it back for a refund but needed it as a gift for my daughter for a certain date. Terrible transaction, won't use seller again

kindly refused to give them a partial refund, as i have more bags in stock to exchange. buyer refused to send the item back. transaction closed. buyer continued to harrass me about a partial refund. this buyer raised a lot of red flags and by the feedback they leave to multple customers, i can tell they are up to no good. i had to report and block. pictures in my opinion do not show any evidence of item being "used"
