Item not as described - the model is 4omm tall, rather than either 28mm or 32mm, so totally out of scale with the rest of my figures. Good price and quick delivery, but not such a great service.

As outlined in the product description, all items are provided in 28/32mm COMPATIBLE, scale. This terminology is used because scales and proportions can vary by designer so cannot be guaranteed to be consistent between products. Galaad miniatures sculpts at what they advertised as 32mm scale, which we produce at the size the designer decides. That said, unless a model is destined for a scale diorama, it'll fit on a 28/32mm base and be suitable as a game/display piece.
