Item arrived with visible scratches and smudges despite being listed as new in box. Seller was unwilling to do anything about the issue. eBay had to get involved. Seller then tried to get me to revise my feedback saying they would refund the full purchase amount and I could keep the item. I did not receive a refund. Buyers beware.
