“Perfect condition?” Either this was untrue or it became damaged during shipping is beyond me. Note: there was only an empty plastic bag to cushion item so I would say it was a little of both. The brass snapped off just below the foot and the soap dish is unattached. However, the soap dish is intact. No wonder you don’t offer returns.
