La batteria non caricava. Ho contattato il venditore che con pazienza e gentilezza (prima con messaggi e poi anche telefonicamente e addirittura in video chiamata) mi ha dato indicazioni precise per risolvere il problema. Problema che era nel mio cavo inadeguato e nella necessità di un reset, che non consentivano la carica da una parte e un scaricamento anomalo dall’altra. La batteria funziona che é una meraviglia. Non potevo fare acquisto da miglior venditore.
