Something was wrong with the shipping address so they canceled the order. There has never been a problem with my address. So I looked at the listing to reorder and they changed the shipping amount from $10 to $36. This was the problem

to deliver to your address UPS charged us extra that out weighed the cost and the sale became a negative amount, (this does not happen often) but I cannot give you money to buy my product.
sorry that I had to cancel your order because of the UPS cost to deliver to your address. (so yes we had to change the shipping amount to make sure this won't happen to others.)
