I needed the clock-radio base to replace one that no longer showed an accurate time. The unit arrived —robustly packaged — but with an inoperative handset. The vendor offered to take the whole unit back — which I did not want — but then graciously offered a partial refund, which I was glad to accept. Everything is working well now and I’m quite pleased. My grandaughter is using the defective handset as a toy in her “office.”
