I did politely ask if you could wait a few more days for the item as there's clearly a delay from Royal Mail, and you agreed. Despite that, you have given me negative feedback within 24 hours and on a Sunday, when Royal Mail doesn't deliver on Sundays. I always chase it up with Royal Mail if my items are delayed longer than ten days, and I refund my buyers if there's a problem. I also provided you with proof of postage. Negative feedback was unnecessary.
