I have had exceptional service from this seller. My order was despatched the same day that I placed it. However, I had made a really stupid mistake because although these were the correct type of spotlight bulbs that I wanted I did not check the base fitting. The bulbs that I ordered and received were bayonet fitting and I need screw base fitting. I requested to return the bulbs and was provided with a label to ship them back, which I did and received a credit within two days. Excellent service.
