Should have been negative, feedback left by mistake, item not delivered and seller unhelpful and down right awkward, possibly a scammer but certainly not a good seller

The item was carefully packed, as with all my items, sent out by Royal Mail, and according to their records, shared with you, was delivered 2 days later with a map of location left, although you deny it was delivered. You did not contact them to confirm, as advised, you just demanded a refund from me, then started a returns request saying item was 'not as described'. Since you say you did not receive it, how could you know this, or indeed return an item which you say never arrived.
