I am also sorry for this. The long delivery time was due to the postal service or the customs. I did everything that I was supposed to do: the object works fine as described in the announce; I sent the package on time, with a tracking service; I filed a reclamation to the postal service and kept the buyer posted. But unfortunately I cannot control what the postal service does.
