The scarf is nice, but it took 12 days to receive the item. The expensive scarf was in a small plastic mailing envelope with $8.70 postage. Maybe it should have been insured since the scarf cost $300.00. The envelope said retail postage. I feel lucky that I even received the scarf since it got bounced around from Memphis to New Orleans and Mandeville (20 minutes from my home in Hammond) and back to New Orleans again before finally arriving to my home in Hammond.

IT WAS BEYOND MY CONTROL THAT THE POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERED THE SCARF 12 DAYS LATE. DO YOU THINK MAYBE THE WEATHER HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THAT?? PLUS YOU DID NOT PAY EXTRA TO HAVE IT INSURED. I EVEN GAVE YOU A BETTER DEAL ON THE SCARF. WOW, YOU LEFT ME VERY BAD FEEDBACK. SHAME ON YOU..

The scarf finally arrived, and it was just as described, but the postal service delivered it 12 days after the purchase date. I wish to change the feedback to positive for the seller. However, I was very dismayed by the note that he sent me saying shame on me for putting down honest feedback. Can the seller send me a request to modify the feedback ot positive? Thank you, Kathy
