Seller confirmed by message she sent goods not matching description and that this has been a repeat issue. We had a timing factor connected to the item ordered. While we respect and understand eBay policy about a Seller receiving a returned article prior to shipping the correct goods, we did not have time for that choreography. We sought an alternate resolution but unfortunately the Seller was rude and offensively continued issuing demands and instructions to do what she wanted.
