This machine was missing a piece. It is the piece used to line up the papers. I cannot use the machine correctly without it. When I reached out, the seller said he was "sorry" and that he could maybe rig something up that might work. However, it's been days and he has not responded back to me. Being that I paid $64.18 for this item, I am not happy at all that it is missing a very crucial piece. Not happy with the item or the seller.
