And yes, you had to unfortunately, open a case with eBay in order to receive a refund, because your item was showing as having been delivered to your address on the tracking system. That's the whole idea of having a tracking number as well as a resolution centre for us all to use. Luckily for you eBay issued a refund. A little bit disappointed with your unnecessary nasty feedback.
