      This seller takes care in there packaging of the items you purchase and there is a very good chance of what you order arriving in tact. However should you have an issue such as a broken lamp do not expect any help from them. Further the description of the item I ordered stated that there would be a new lamp inside of the fixture and the fixture I ordered did not have a new lamp inside it had a very old lamp. I did attempt to negotiate what would seem a fair compensation for this but no reply
