Awful experience. A newbie to vinyl, I meant to buy the Still Sealed pressing in red and cream colored vinyl I'd seen on eBay before, not the original Still Sealed album time capsule piece from 1977. The covers are virtually identical. In this HONEST CASE OF MISTAKEN IDENTITY, I politely explained all that to seller, who became COMPLETELY defiant. He/she refused return and said, "I'm not WalMart. I don't have time for customer service", then didn't respond to any further communications. BEWARE!!

TOTALLY INCORRECT REPLY on so many levels! I'm trying to build a record coIlection. Item arrived on 4/6, got stored with other records, then opened 9 days later on 4/15. Saw it wasn't item I'd thought it was & tried contacting seller on 4/16. Asked for refund & was IGNORED. Repeated attempts to communicate were ALSO IGNORED. I NEVER THREATENED ANYTHING! I tried to work with seller, offered partial forfeiture of my cost for a refund, was STILL IGNORED! BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE! RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED!!
