Extremely light rod. Talk about finessin’ the fly out 50ft without trying.
I used a 425 grain Rio Skagit pro max integrated line. Might be too heavy. But, the rod handled the line no problem.
Next test- nymphing. This rod is short and light enough for Nymphing. Long and strong enough for large mouth bass, large trout, medium sized Salmon.
