Seller misrepresented item even after I specifically asked beforehand about measurements. Then, when I asked for a partial refund, seller completely flipped out accusing me of blackmail and trying to get things for free. Then they said I needed to “be a better human being.” They ultimately refunded me fully (even though I didn’t ask for a full refund) but their attitude is what earned them a negative review from me. This seller needs to realize that customer service matters.

I am sorry you feel this way. Firstly, you did not ask for the measurements before purchasing the item, but my measurement was 1/2 inch off in the listing. I apologized immediately when you reached out. I offered you a full refund and to have the item sent back to me or a $5 credit on the item. The cost of the item was $8.99. You then stated you wanted a $10 (over full price) refund and keep it or you would leave a bad review. which is considered extortion and goes against Ebay's policy.
