It has not arrived ... I have been out of the country for the last five weeks. I was left a card by the post office to let me know an item had been returned to sender That may be it????

Not really my problem - all done correctly on my side but you did not get to the post office even after they left a card explaining how to get your item. It has not been returned to me.
Anyway, as it was only a £5 item I have sent a full refund.
