Purchased paid for clock 1st April. Asked few questions about clock before purchasing, seller was very fast at replying. 10th April didn’t hear a thing if been dispatched or not. Contacted No response to say it had or hadn’t. On 12th tracking number provided. Took till the 16th to actually ship. Received on 19th. Clock clearly had some sort of defect would run for 10hrs then stop on same time for 2 days Sent clock back received 24th seller reply would refund on 26th No Refund so Ebay Refunded.

Feedback is very unfair, all my items are listed with 10 working day shipping, this item was given to the post office along with 20+ others, which takes time as they’ve just taken on Evri parcels. The clock was returned whilst I was away and i had messaged to explain this, I returned at 2300 last night, tired from driving 650 miles and opened the package this AM with the intention of refunding once I checked the clock, Thats why eBay refunded not any other reason. THE CLOCK IS WORKING PERFECTLY
