Item photo not as delivered. Shown with Gold description label . Came with White Label printed on a a copy machine. I understand it states "White Gold" but picture is in Gold, came Silver color.

The buyer obviously thought he was ordering a gold display but the title, description and photos clearly show that this is a platinum. I don’t know what he is implying what a white label is but we print our metallic plaques on a lazer printer. We offered the buyer a refund or exchange but he never responded.
