Please see the email communication with the seller. That should be on record.I in fact had agreed to bear the postage and asked for the address / procedure for retuning the item. The seller instead has been calling me stupid an lair. Whereas he should review his attitude. eBay should look into this matter and decide.

The full spec was given in the product description at point of sale. Then you bang on about it not being touch screen and it should have had a bigger SSD drive. I offered you a refund but you did not return. You certainly drive a hard bargain for £100 - crikey - get in the real world.
