Bad communication with attitude . Described item as something and gave me a different color and tried to get away with it and didn’t communicate well while trying to figure it out around my specific situation. To be 100% honest he did offer a refund but this couldn’t work with my situation and thsi all wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for him being unprofessional, if he would’ve just checked the color and titled it correctly, which is the job of a seller, there wouldn’t have been any problems

Shoes look black to me he is saying it is dark navy. He had seen pictures. He was given 30% discount from original already cheap price. Item was professionally cleaned upon his request by a local shoemaker another $10 out of my pocket. All that crying over wrong color shade of $80 pair of used sneakers. He was given full refund on none refundable item. Seriously still unhappy? Buy full retail.
