Sorry, you are unhappy with the product. I do not make the foot massager so, you might want to let the manufacturer know that their item was unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, you NEVER contacted me after purchase (6 wks ago) to let me know you were dissatisfied. Maybe you should try to resolve your issues prior to leaving negative feedback. I never had a chance to fix the problem.
