I received my item heard rattling inside the box. I opened it to find Trent dolls foot unattached from his ankle. i removed the sock to find his foot not only broken off but 2 other smaller resin pieces as well. I contacted the seller asap only to let her know that I would be returning the doll. She offered me $60 refund if I kept it I declined. She then messaged me asking what address I returned the package to? Then I see that she filed a case against me. eBay kindly refunded me my $ back.
