Everything the seller did was perfect !!! The unit itself, however, is a tinker toy , as in garbage ! I own a few cameras and NEVER had to turn any off to change shooting from vertical to horizontal . And then, reset the camera to use the grip for vertical. Defeats the purpose of the grip .
