I will revise complaining about your packaging. Not my business if you waste money. The lid you sold me is plastic not glass so no need for the extra padding but not my business. Item 2 of my complaint still stands. I have other Snapware containers and can see that one flap does not seal adequately, it s not damaged but appears to be a flaw in manufacturing. I put water in and closed it and that flap didn t close enough to hold the water. You probably don t have time to check each item.

I Did receive my ty card back that I sent with item.. Accusing me of not checking the lid for flaws. I did not see anything wrong with the lid. Said they wont bother returning the lid but it is useless as the prior lid they had. I can not help the lids did not fit it was in good condition other than the scratches.
