The bracelet was advertised as brand new, and maybe it was, but, when I received it, it had a long deep scratch across the Marco Bicego name on the bottom catch. I sent a message and photo to the seller the same day I received it, and she did say that I could return it; but it was late on the day before Valentine's Day and then I would have no gift to give to my wife. I managed to polish several small scratches off of the bracelet catch but the long scratch was too deep to remove.
