i have requested the seller to send me details of where to send the item back as it does not fit my processor, however no body has got back to me. I have also contacted ebay about the product and I am still waiting to hear. I want a refund please

No return request or email received, only a notification of a payment dispute with your payment institution as 'Item not as described', also stating you were 'disappointed that no company or trading name was provided in the invoice' - this is in your 'purchases' under myebay for the particular item. The payment dispute has to run its course now. I would happily have received the return and refunded. I do not operate 'illegally' and also within 'consumer rights act' as per ebay Ts&Cs and HMRCs.
