I suspect that something is fishy with is order it took 2 weeks before said ship when it’s saying delivered I didn’t get any package

This is incorrect. Your order has been shipped the next morning. Tracking has frequently been updated by USPS. The delivery has been delayed by USPS for unknown reason but shipping delays happen this in not in my control. Your order has been delivered to the address provided, two days later. Ebay has closed the case that day.
