Hello Annie. I offered you a full refund on return of the clock which you refused. I offered a partial refund if you could source a new pendulum and key after you accidently threw them away with the packaging and you refused. My use of recycled packaging meant the clock arrived to you safely and intact. You later resorted to personal insults and I had to have eBay step in to stop you. It appears you have previous feedback describing the same behaviour.
