So I returned that one and ordered from Reliable where I have bought thousands of dollars worth of parts. Happily I found this pulley fit properly on the shaft but its overall condition left me surprised as it wasn't clean and had numerous rusty spots all over. I was able to clean up but the main problem was the condition of the shaft, around which a rope would seal the oil. The shaft was rough.
