The unit arrived well packaged, but the calculator didn't work, even though the seller said it should.
Due to the high return shipping costs of $59, I offered a partial refund, which the seller categorically refused. In my opinion, sending it back doesn't make sense because the cost of shipping and customs would be higher than the $50 refund I would have proposed, and it would be easier for both parties to deal with.

Item was in working condition when it was shipped out. The item must had been damaged during shipment. I offered a free return and a full refund to customer and he declined.
