I asked you the measurements of this item twice, before I booked the collection you failed to measure it correctly. I was charged an extra £72 delivery cost due to your measurements being incorrect.
I received this item damaged, due to your inadequate packing. You have refused to refund me, and I have had to resort in contacting Citazens Advice to help me recover all the costs this transaction has cost me.

I tried to resolve this however when I requested your address to collect the damaged picture ~ before issuing a refund as guided by ebay you refused and closed the case ... hum!!

I won the auction, paid for the item. The seller came up with an excuses to having made an error listing. It would have been more acceptable to say wanted more for the item or just set the item to a certain price as the lowest.
