    One of the decals arrived with a crease in it, not to mention the vinyl is so thin it stretches and distorts the decal. Not impressed at all with item. So frustrated, it all went into the garbage.

    Too bad you did not like the product and did not know how to install it properly, the vinyl we use is of very good quality, it is Oracal 651 from Orafol, a brand of German origin and which is the most used by all those who make signs. In the instructions we recommend you to use a professional installer, not just anyone can install a vinyl properly. You never contacted me to try to resolve the issue before posting negative feedback. Maybe that was the goal.
