I absolutely LOVE these glasses. They are gorgeous and were shipped quickly and at a great price. Unfortunately, on the 4th day of ownership, the right arm fell off at the hinge. I have taken VERY good care of them since they arrived and they seemed to be in good condition, but for them to fall apart like that, makes me wonder what was wrong with them. Either way, total bummer.

The item was in excellent condition and was according to description in the listing. The hinge together with the screw wouldn’t possibly break off from regular use. The buyer did not reach out to resolve the situation but left feedback without future resolution.
