I cannot give positive feedback as one of the benefits of this hearing aid is that the seller can reprogram them on a phone link after you receive them. This seller has told me that he can’t do that so the aids are ok but the after service is not available.

hi, please accept my apology to this misunderstanding. In order to program any Signia aid Bluetooth is required. Signia Silk (NX, X or IX) do not have this feature hence TeleCare is not being offered.
