Die Uhr war schlecht verpackt und nicht als Paket verschickt worden, sondern als Einschreiben in ziemlich wenig schützender Kleinverpackung. Daher hat sie auf dem Weg einen Transportschaden erlitten.
Zurückschicken lohnt sich angesichts der hohen Versandkosten nicht.
Verkäufer drückt sein Bedauern aus, mehr auch nicht.
Es war klar sein Fehler. Die verlangten Versandkosten iHv 25 Eiro sollten eine ordentliche Verpackung selbstverständlich beinhalten. Bedauern alleine hilft nicht weiter.
