Sound on console not working, seller said it would be the RF cable so I bought the sega RF switch cable and a universal RF cable still no sound, I’ve kept and not returned as I’ve bought another console just the console, and will just use the leads and controller, the seller says it was working when they listed but used a universal cable not the one they sent, so I ordered 2 new ones, I’ve spoken to someone and it’s not the RF as I get a picture and can load game.

As explained to the buyer, this worked perfectly fine when we tested with our standard RF cable setup, which connects to all retro consoles. RF cables carry both the picture and the sound, if there is picture and no sound with the supplied cable, console is fine and will be an issue with the cable as we have advised to them
