Sorry for "rating the item" at 3*, but I have not yet read this book, though I am looking forward to doing so. eBay policy does not allow feedback without star rating and review for the product, so I leave 3* for any book not yet read. eBay trashed their reviews and think this substitutes for that, but with the inability to edit, it doesn't.!
