DISHONEST! Bag NOT NEW and with defects. Pics of side of bag where hinge is, withheld on ad. When I got it, saw dents near hinge side and lots of scratches from being used. Pics attached. Wasted my time trying to work it out with him. He agreed and promised a discount and then stopped corresponding. eBay intervened, but I Did not Risk returning it due to Risk of not getting a refund also. Lost my chance on buying another New Alum suitcase, at that time, because of his fraudulent ad.

I feel horrible. This was from my father's estate and I didn't inspect is and report on its condition when I posted it. I offered some money back but I tried through ebay and could not find that to be an option. I tried to get their contact number but ebay blocked those messages. I agreed to refund and return, but they changed their mind and chose to keep it and complain instead. I'm sorry.
