The item is an antique etching print, and it was shipped rolled, which is fine, but... it was shipped in a rectangular box, not a poster tube, and the rolled-up print got slightly dented in transit. The item really, really, really should have been shipped in a proper mailing tube. Mailing tubes not that expensive, and it would have been worth it to charge slightly more for the item in order to cover the cost of a mailing tube and make sure the item wouldn't get damaged in transit.
