Unable to fairly rate items because they never arrived. Nearly one month past its expected delivery date I still hadn’t received the items. I was in constant contact with the seller who, to be fair, always responded quickly to my messages and inquiries. The problem arose when I repeatedly requested a refund. The last successful entry for the tracking number was 3 weeks prior to my needing to request assistance from eBay as the seller kept telling me to wait. I was successfully refunded by eBay.
