Have not had the opportunity to use the equipment yet, but the Vendor has been superb to work with. He sent me a video of the piece of equipment functioning, then a picture of it crated up, a picture of the bill of laden, tracking material and a picture of the unit loaded on the freight truck. I received it in four days. Great experience.
