Ordered product that was sealed, but there were several pages that had been used. Clearly the manufacturer had mistakenly packaged a return. The seller didn’t do anything wrong, so I messaged them to let them know and not only was this seller apologetic for a mistake that they had no control over, but they took initiative to remedy the problem fully and within minutes of me contacting them.
