We have free returns. If you return it I will get you a refund. Ebay is no different than any other store. You need to return the item to get a refund. So far you have refused to return the item. Leaving negative feedback, and then demanding a refund for you to revise The feedback is called feedback extortion, and is against eBay rules. I see you have done this to many others by the feedback you have left for them. We don't play that game. Return item and get a refund. It's as simple as that.
